How do I get started?

  • To donate, you will need a giving keyword from the organization you wish to donate to.
    • Then, text the keyword to the text-to-give phone number for your organization.
    • It will ask you for the amount you wish to give. Enter that amount.
  • Follow the link you receive to register, then click Proceed.
    • After entering your payment card information, click Complete.
    • You will be asked to indicate “I am not a robot” reCaptcha verification.
  • Once you have registered, you can donate by texting a giving keyword, followed by an amount, to that same phone number.

How can I tell if my donation was accepted or if I sent it twice?
Text HISTORY to your organization’s text-to-give phone number, then follow the link to view your last 20 donations. Or, check out our HELP page.
What if I forget my keywords?
Text KEYWORDS to your organization’s text-to-give phone number, then follow the link to view a list of available keywords.
Why did my bank charge me $1.00?
Some card-issuing banks place a one-time temporary $1.00 authorization hold which is removed within 1-2 business days.
What do I do if I didn't get a response after texting in my gift, or I didn’t receive a PIN, or I received "Service Access Denied" message?
It is possible that your cell carrier has blocked SMS (5-digit) short-code messaging on your plan. Please call 611 and request that SMS short-code messaging be enabled. If you continue to have difficulty, check out our HELP page and submit a support ticket.
How do I change my personal contact or payment card information?
Text EDIT to your organization’s text-to-give phone number, then follow the link to update your information. Or, check out our HELP page.
How do I stop donating or deactivate my payment card?
Text any giving keyword together with the word DEACTIVATE to your organization’s text-to-give phone number. If you are unable to do that, check out our HELP page and submit a support ticket.
How do I change my recurring donation?

Text RECURRING to your organizations text-to-give phone number, then follow the link to view your recurring donation settings. Please note that recurring donations can only be deleted. If you wish to change an existing recurring donation, you must delete it, then add a new one with different settings. You may also check out our HELP page.

How do I unsubscribe to informational alerts?

Text STOP to your organization’s 5-digit or 10-digit phone number. You will receive a final text message saying that you will no longer receive informational alerts.
